A valid UAE DRIVING LICENCE is mandatory.
Previous REAL ESTATE and/or relevant SALES EXPERIENCE is mandatory.

ABOUT THE POSITION
OMARI Group is looking for an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated Secondary Market Leasing Agent to independently manage the complete rental process from property acquisition to closing.
This is not a passive office position.
A major part of your daily work will initially consist of actively contacting property owners from our office, building relationships with landlords and acquiring rental listings.
Once you successfully acquire a property and receive the required ownership documentation, including the Title Deed and other necessary property information, you will take responsibility for the complete leasing process from A to Z.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily outbound calling and direct contact with property owners
• Building professional relationships with landlords
• Actively acquiring rental properties and new listings
• Obtaining the Title Deed and all required property information/documentation from owners
• Preparing properties for professional marketing
• Creating and publishing property listings on relevant real estate portals
• Advertising and actively promoting available properties
• Handling and qualifying enquiries from prospective tenants
• Communicating professionally with landlords and prospective tenants
• Scheduling and conducting property viewings
• Following up consistently with interested tenants
• Negotiating rental price, payment terms and other conditions
• Coordinating negotiations between landlord and tenant
• Preparing and coordinating the required documentation
• Managing the rental transaction from initial owner contact through to successful closing
• Coordinating payments, receipts, contracts and handover in accordance with company procedures
• Maintaining your own pipeline of landlords, listings and prospective tenants
• Building a long-term portfolio and continuously generating new business
THE PROCESS
Your responsibility covers the complete leasing cycle:
OWNER ACQUISITION → LISTING → MARKETING → TENANT ACQUISITION → VIEWINGS → NEGOTIATION → CONTRACT → PAYMENT/HANDOVER → SUCCESSFUL CLOSING
You are responsible for professionally managing your deals from A to Z.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you MUST have:
• Valid UAE Driving Licence
• Previous real estate and/or strong relevant sales experience
• Proven sales and negotiation ability
• Confidence in cold calling and speaking directly with property owners
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• High level of self-motivation and discipline
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own pipeline
• Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong follow-up skills and closing mentality
Dubai Secondary Market / Leasing experience is strongly preferred.
German language skills are an advantage.
COMPENSATION
THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION.
There is NO fixed monthly salary.
Your income is directly linked to your performance and successfully closed transactions.
