Modern Idea Real Estate is a growing boutique real estate agency built around a simple belief: better property decisions begin with better information, clear communication and a genuine understanding of the client's objectives.
As we expand our team, we are looking for experienced and ambitious Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants who want to build their business within a collaborative agency where agents have a voice, good ideas are valued, and long-term client relationships matter.

The Role
As a Property Consultant at Modern Idea, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own client relationships while working closely with the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors
• Generating, qualifying and managing new business opportunities
• Understanding client objectives and recommending appropriate property solutions
• Developing strong knowledge of Dubai's property market, projects and investment opportunities
• Conducting property presentations, meetings and viewings
• Securing and managing property listings
• Negotiating offers and supporting transactions through to completion
• Maintaining professional and consistent follow-up with clients
• Keeping client, property and transaction information accurate and up to date
• Working with the team to identify market opportunities and improve our approach based on real client and market feedback
• Representing Modern Idea professionally in person, online and across social media
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, property sales or a closely related sales environment
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A professional and consultative approach to clients
• Self-motivation and the ability to develop business independently
• Strong follow-up and organisational discipline
• Good understanding of the importance of market knowledge and accurate information
• Fluent professional English
Dubai real estate experience, an existing RERA Broker Card, UAE driving licence, an established client network and additional languages are advantages.
