ProPoint Properties is hiring 5 real estate brokers for our Dubai office.
Most brokerages hand you a desk and a phone and wish you luck. We do it differently: every new joiner starts with ProPoint Academy, our own filmed training programme in Arabic and English. A full course on Dubai real estate legislation, and a second course on practical brokerage skills. You start with a real foundation instead of learning by trial and error.
No prior real estate experience required. We hire for drive and attitude, and we train the rest.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- List, market and close residential sales and leasing deals in Dubai
- Build and manage your own client and owner database
- Advise clients honestly on value, payment plans and market conditions
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Sales drive and a professional approach
- UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
WHAT WE OFFER
- Full ProPoint Academy training from week one
- AED 1,000 monthly transport and phone allowance for your first 3 months
- AED 3,000 bonus on your first closed deal
- Commission-based earnings with no cap
- RERA broker card processing and full company support
- Live listings, marketing support and an established Dubai office
