الوصف:

1. To create a cohesive approach to the communications and PR activities of DTCM's network of overseas offices and to ensure the effective delivery of global campaigns and activities throughout the network, positioning Dubai as a leading tourism and commerce destination (80%) and promoting DTCM's role in the growth of the tourism industry (20%).
2. Provide management and guidance to direct reports, and provide them with the necessary support for achieving their objectives and performing their delegated responsibilities.
3. Ensure the ongoing development of the section's employees, and guide the developmental activities of direct reports.
4. Identify the section's human resources requirements and provide recommendations on levels of rewards, promotions, transfers and career progressions for the department's employees.
5. Ensure that all technology, procurement, and other administrative needs of the section are identified, offered and maintained in a manner that facilitates day to day operations and supports the achievement of the section's goals.
6. Contribute to setting the division's goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to direct reports' individual goals and objectives.
7. Participate in the preparation of strategic and annual business plans for the department
8. Evaluate the current PR and Communications structures of each Overseas Office and provide recommendations to the Director of Communications on how PR and Communications should be managed across the network, including reviewing all agency relationships and establishing future agency requirements;
9. Collaborate with the Digital and Social Media Relations team to integrate Head Office digital and social media strategy through the network;
10. Play a key role in the development of crisis communication strategies and manage the media response to any issues/crises which arise;



Qualifications :

University degree in in Media, journalism, PR or related field;
