الوصف:

Job Description

Responsible to provide the required offices equipment and maintenance of office supplies and assist with documentation and corresponded with other departments concerning department issues.
Assist the Director in all department administration functions and to carry out administrative duties as assigned in line with the department standards and procedures.
Report and advice the Director of any changes to personnel issues, take instructions where required, and attend department team meetings as necessary.
Coordinate the department's activities and ensure clerical works and the image of the department is presentable.
Manage, follow up and update the CRM system and close all suggestions and complaints as per the SLA in coordination with section managers.
Manage and Update department internet page .
Responsible for the preparation of the necessary experience certificates and other documents as per director and employees requirements.
Prepare various employee reports or records as necessary.
Ensure all the announcements, circulars are distributed on time to all staff.
Responsible for timely ordering and printing all office stationery items letter-head, mailing envelopes, business cards, ….
Coordinate any office equipment's or other maintenance works with the respective concerned department.
Responsible for the implementation of the annual leave and sick leave policy and the preparation of return notice and informing the HR&D department to take the necessary action.
Maintain the Department employees' personnel files in the department in co-ordination with the HR&D.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the director office administrative works.
Support with clerical duties according to the demand the department workload.
Prepare the follow up monthly reports.
Enter the daily e-mails in the system and archive them.
Coordinate with other concerned departments to meet the department's requirements.
Follow up the provision of the department Excellence programs and standards requirements.
Follow up the employees training programs with the concerned department.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Skills

Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations from a recognized university.
0-2 years of related working experience.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
