Supervise and guide the showroom team.
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
Must have strong knowledge of fish, fish care, aquarium setup, and water quality.
Assist customers and recommend suitable fish, aquariums, food, and accessories.
Ensure all aquariums are clean and properly maintained
Monitor fish health, feeding, and water conditions.
Check stock and ensure products are properly displayed.
Handle customer concerns and basic staff issues.
Monitor daily sales and showroom operations.
Train new staff when needed.
Report important issues to management.
