Cleaning Operations Supervisor - Dubai
We are a growing cleaning services startup in Dubai looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Operations Supervisor / Manager to help manage and grow our operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is not only experienced in supervising teams, but also enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, dealing with customers and helping build a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise cleaning staff and daily operations
• Plan staff schedules and allocate teams to jobs
• Monitor cleaning quality and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer requirements and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate daily bookings and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Train and motivate cleaning staff
• Monitor attendance, performance and productivity
• Conduct site visits when required
• Help improve operational processes as the company grows
• Support business growth and achieve agreed targets
Requirements
• Previous experience in the cleaning services industry in Dubai/UAE
• Experience supervising or managing cleaning teams
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Good knowledge of Dubai and ability to coordinate staff across different areas
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Organized, responsible and solution-oriented
• Driving license is an advantage
• Candidates with experience in both operations and sales/business development are preferred
Compensation
AED 3,000/month + target-based performance bonus
The bonus provides additional earning potential for achieving agreed company targets.
