We are currently hiring a Male Operation Staff from any South Asian country to join our growing team. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who can support daily operations and help ensure the smooth execution of our business processes. Candidates with experience in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon will be given preference.
Job Description
The Operation Staff will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with internal departments, supporting warehouse and office operations, and assisting in improving the overall efficiency of the company's processes. Experience in e-commerce operations, including Amazon and Noon, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily operational activities and coordinate with different departments.
* Process and monitor orders, inventory, and logistics.
* Support warehouse and office operations as needed.
* Coordinate with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal teams.
* Assist in managing e-commerce operations, including Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.
* Assist management in improving operational efficiency.
* Perform other operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
* Male applicant from South Asian countries (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, or Sri Lanka).
* Experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Amazon, Noon, or other online marketplaces, is highly preferred.
* Previous experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and other computer applications.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
* UAE work experience is an advantage.
* A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
