U.S. Clinician Recruitment, Onboarding & Management

About the Role
We are building a U.S.-based telehealth healthcare company and are looking for a strong Provider Coordinator / Healthcare Recruiter to join our Dubai office.
This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coordinating, and managing U.S.-based clinicians and healthcare workers. We need someone who can move quickly, communicate professionally, manage provider pipelines, and keep everything organized from first outreach through active work.
The working hours are 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Dubai time to coordinate with U.S. business hours, clinician availability, interviews, onboarding, and ongoing provider management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with healthcare professionals across different U.S. states and time zones.

Other U.S.-based healthcare professionals as needed
Hiring needs may change as the company expands into additional states, programs, and clinical services.
Responsibilities
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, databases, referrals, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
Post job openings, manage applications, and build a steady pipeline of qualified U.S.-based healthcare candidates.
Screen candidates by phone or video to assess experience, communication skills, professionalism, availability, licensing status, and role fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, operations, and clinical leadership.
Track candidate progress, interview feedback, hiring status, missing documents, and next steps.
Help prepare offers, follow up with candidates, and move qualified candidates quickly through the hiring process.
Collect and organize onboarding documents, including CVs, licenses, IDs, certifications, references, agreements, and other required files.
Assist with provider onboarding and make sure clinicians have the information, documents, training, and schedules needed to begin work.
Maintain accurate provider files, recruiting trackers, onboarding checklists, and hiring reports.
Coordinate with operations to support provider scheduling, availability, communication, and ongoing performance follow-up.
Help manage active clinicians by tracking responsiveness, attendance, documentation, schedule changes, and operational needs.
Act as a point of contact between clinicians, management, and the operations team.
Prepare weekly reports on recruiting pipeline, interviews, offers, hires, onboarding status, and provider activity.
Handle sensitive personal, professional, and healthcare-related information with confidentiality.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, HR, coordination, or operations experience.
Healthcare recruiting, healthcare staffing, or provider coordination experience is strongly preferred.
Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals.
Able to work 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Dubai time to align with U.S. working hours.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick with follow-up.
Comfortable managing multiple candidates, providers, tasks, and deadlines at the same time.
Skilled with LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, spreadsheets, recruiting trackers, ATS systems, or similar tools.
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential documents and sensitive information.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting or coordinating clinicians, healthcare workers, telehealth providers, or remote U.S. teams.
Knowledge of U.S. healthcare basics, such as state licenses, NPI numbers, credentialing documents, background checks, malpractice coverage, and onboarding requirements.
Experience managing provider schedules, availability, and ongoing clinician communication.
Experience working in healthcare operations, staffing, telehealth, call centers, or medical offices.

This is a Dubai-based, in-office role.
The schedule is:
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Dubai time
This schedule is required to coordinate with U.S.-based clinicians, candidates, interviews, onboarding, and healthcare operations.
