Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the insurance team to achieve departmental targets and reduce rejection rates.
Monitor daily insurance operations, approvals, pending claims, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination between medical, pharmacy, and insurance departments.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Good understanding of medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures.
