responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the office premises while providing basic office support services to ensure a clean, comfortable, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure pantry supplies are adequately stocked and organized.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and basic office errands when required.
Dispose of trash and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Support administrative staff with minor office tasks.
Monitor and report any maintenance or supply requirements.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are properly handled and stored.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Polite, trustworthy, and well-organized.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Conditions:
