2. ROLE PURPOSE
Completes clerical tasks for the CEO. The main duties include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements. Helps the CEO with a variety of professional and personal tasks. Attend meetings, take detailed notes and deliver a full report. Maintain C.E.O personal accounts.
The Personal Assistants often spend their time traveling, making phone calls, meeting with clients and speaking on behalf of the CEO.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a full range of support services to the CEO which includes calendar management, travel arrangements, and reports.
Schedule meeting and manage calendars
Answer phone calls and emails
Help with daily time managements
Run errands as requested
Plan travel including flights, accommodation and ground transportations
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Attend meetings and taking notes

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Business Administration.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
3 years experience in the same field
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to use judgement and make decisions.
