We are a growing online flower boutique based in Dubai, looking for a talented and passionate Florist to join our team.
If you have a creative eye, love working with flowers, and can maintain high-quality arrangements consistently, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
* Create elegant, modern floral arrangements (bouquets, boxes, and custom designs) aligned with brand aesthetics
* Handle flower preparation, conditioning, and daily care to ensure maximum freshness
* Manage flower inventory and stock rotation
* Oversee procurement process: sourcing, ordering, and coordinating with suppliers
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
* Support packaging and preparation of online orders for delivery
🌿 Requirements:
* Proven experience as a florist (preferably in a boutique or luxury setting)
* Strong sense of design, color combinations, and attention to detail
* Knowledge of different flower types and their care
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, organized, and proactive
