Perform general maintenance and repair work in residential and commercial properties.
Handle electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, switches, and socket installations.
Carry out plumbing maintenance, including water leakage repairs, pipe fittings, and sanitary fixture installations.
Perform basic AC maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
Handle painting, gypsum, carpentry, tiling, and other minor maintenance works.
Inspect properties and identify maintenance issues.
Attend emergency maintenance calls when required.
Coordinate with building management, security, and maintenance teams.
Purchase and transport maintenance materials and tools.
Drive company vehicles to different project sites across Dubai.
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.
Prepare daily work updates and report completed tasks to management.
Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at work sites.
