Job Title: School Transport Coordinator (Female Candidates Preferred)

Our core value is to provide school transportation with the highest level of safety, security, and reliability. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Female School Transport Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of transportation services for our students.
Job Summary:
The School Transport Coordinator will manage all aspects of the student transportation system. This role involves coordinating daily transport schedules, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and addressing transportation-related concerns from parents and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to student safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation for students, including developing and managing bus routes and schedules.
- Collaborate with bus drivers and bus attendants to ensure all vehicles are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation usage, incidents, and communication with parents.
- Work closely with school administration, team members at Arab Falcon, and parents to address transportation needs and concerns.
- Be accountable for timely collection of bus fees and ensure payments are made by the clients as per the company's established policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of transportation facilities and vehicles to ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide training and support to bus drivers and bus attendants, emphasizing student safety and appropriate behavior management.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unforeseen issues related to transportation, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Stay updated on local laws and regulations on student transport and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proven experience in Customer care or a managerial role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to student transportation.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for various school events and activities.
- Fluency in English.
- Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role and school environment.
