We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee wallpaper and fabric installation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, verifying site measurements, coordinating with clients and installation teams, ensuring material specifications are followed, and delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Read and interpret project drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
• Review wallpaper, fabric, and material specifications before installation.
• Conduct site visits and verify measurements to ensure installation accuracy.
• Coordinate daily activities with installation teams (fixers) and subcontractors.
• Communicate with clients regarding project schedules, site readiness, and installation requirements.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure work complies with project specifications.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to installation teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to client expectations.
• Maintain records of measurements, material usage, and project progress.
• Report project status and site updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all project sites.
Requirements
• Experience in wallpaper, fabric, interior finishing, or fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and elevations.
• Strong knowledge of site measurements
• Experience coordinating with installers, contractors, and clients.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation-related issues.
• Valid driving license preferred.
