Role Overview
The Forex Tutor will design and deliver engaging training sessions on forex trading fundamentals, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading psychology. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, has hands-on trading experience, and can break down complex market concepts into practical, easy-to-understand lessons for traders of all experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver one-on-one and group training sessions (in-person and online) on forex trading concepts
* Develop structured curricula, presentations, and learning materials for beginner, intermediate, and advanced traders
* Teach core topics including currency pairs, pips, leverage, margin, technical analysis, chart patterns, fundamental analysis, and risk management
* Host live webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions for clients
* Create supporting educational content such as video tutorials, e-books, and quizzes
* Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive, personalized feedback
* Stay current with market trends, trading strategies, and platform updates to keep training content relevant
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational events and webinars
* Support the customer experience team by answering client questions related to trading education
* Represent FXBX at expos, seminars, and industry events as a subject matter expert
Requirements
* Proven experience in forex or financial markets trading (professional or serious personal trading experience)
* Strong understanding of technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and risk management principles
* Prior experience teaching, training, mentoring, or public speaking is highly preferred
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Comfortable presenting to both small groups and large audiences, in-person and on camera
* Proficiency with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5) and charting tools
* Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred (not mandatory with sufficient trading experience)
* Relevant certifications (CFTe, CMT, or similar) are an advantage
Preferred Skills
* Content creation skills (video editing, presentation design)
* Familiarity with CRM or LMS (Learning Management System) platforms
* Social media or webinar hosting experience
* Multilingual client-facing experience, especially within the Dubai/GCC market
