Job Title: Studio Supervisor – Photography & Operations
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
A well-established photography studio in Dubai is seeking an experienced and motivated Studio Supervisor to oversee daily studio operations, lead the team, conduct professional photo shoots, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for photography, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct professional photo shoots while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and lead the studio team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and operational standards.
• Support the achievement of sales targets by promoting studio services and products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a photography studio within UAE.
• Proven experience in studio photography and team supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, patient, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Good reporting and administrative skills.

• Ability to pose and direct clients confidently.
• Excellent composition, framing, and creative vision.
• Strong understanding of color balance, exposure, and image quality.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality photographs.
