We're now looking for an exceptional AI TikTok Video Creator to join our growing Marketing Team. If you understand how to create AI-powered TikTok content that doesn't just generate views but drives sales, you're in the right place.
What You'll Do:
- Create high-converting TikTok videos using AI video creation tools.
- Produce engaging content for our home cleaning products.
- Research the latest TikTok trends, viral formats, sounds, and storytelling styles.
- Turn trending ideas into original, high-performing content tailored to our brand.
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise content based on performance and conversions.
- Stay up to date with TikTok's policies, best practices, and regulations regarding AI-generated content.
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop content strategies that maximise engagement and sales.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of creating viral TikTok videos. Please provide examples and performance metrics.
2. Strong understanding of the TikTok algorithm and what makes content go viral.
3. Deep knowledge of TikTok's AI content policies, platform rules, and content guidelines.
4. Expert-level proficiency with AI video creation tools such as Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, Midjourney, and other leading AI content platforms.
5. Knows where to discover emerging TikTok trends before they become saturated.
6. Understands the "recipe" behind viral TikTok content, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and call-to-actions.
7. Experience creating content for FMCG brands, especially home cleaning or household products, is highly preferred.
8. Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
9. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse video performance and improve results.
10. Excellent English communication skills.
11. Bachelor's degree or above.
