About the role
We are a Dubai-based marketing agency building a performance-driven customer acquisition business.
We already have three established business opportunities across the UAE and UK and are looking for an experienced Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to work directly with the founder and help build the marketing operation from the ground up.
This is not a social-media manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands how to generate real enquiries, leads, appointments and customers — and who can both develop the strategy and execute it themselves.
You will have significant responsibility for deciding what to test, where to spend, how to acquire customers and how to measure whether campaigns are actually profitable.
The businesses we are currently working with:
1) UAE – Home Cinema / AV Installation
- Home cinema installations
- Dubai and the wider UAE
- Customer acquisition through digital marketing and lead generation
2) UK – Online Pharmacy
- National UK online customer base
- Pharmacy services, subscriptions and other healthcare services
- Experience working within regulated advertising environments is highly desirable
3) UK – Air Conditioning
- Installation
- Repairs
- Servicing
- Commercial contracts
- Primarily London and the South East, with potential to expand geographically
- The commercial model is performance-based: our agency earns when we generate business for our partner companies.
What you will actually do
Develop the overall customer acquisition strategy for the agency.
- Identify profitable customer segments and acquisition opportunities.
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Build and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Research keywords, audiences, competitors and market opportunities.
- Create and optimise landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
- Work with our existing developers to build websites, landing pages and tracking systems.
- Set up lead tracking, CRM processes and reporting.
- Analyse cost per lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and return on advertising spend.
- Test different offers, creatives, audiences and acquisition channels.
- Identify what is working and scale it.
- Identify what is not working and stop wasting money on it.
- Help develop new client acquisition opportunities for the agency.
- Work directly with the founder on strategy, testing and commercial decisions.
- Eventually help build a repeatable marketing system that can be used across multiple clients and industries.
Who we are looking for
- You should have at least 3 years of genuine performance marketing / lead-generation experience.
You must have demonstrable experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
Lead generation
Conversion optimisation
Landing pages / funnels
Analytics and campaign reporting
Customer acquisition
Budget management
Testing and optimisation
You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and actually running campaigns rather than simply managing an external agency.
We want someone who can look at a business and say:
“Here is the customer, here is where we can find them, here is what we should offer them, here is how much we should be willing to pay to acquire them, and here is how we're going to test it.”
You will be a particularly strong candidate if you have
Built lead-generation campaigns from zero.
Generated measurable sales rather than just impressions/followers.
Experience with local-service businesses.
Experience generating UK leads.
Experience with healthcare/pharmacy advertising and compliance.
Experience with home services, construction, HVAC/air-conditioning or similar businesses.
Experience building funnels and landing pages.
Experience using CRM and tracking systems.
An entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working directly with a business owner/founder.
The person we want
We are looking for a strategist and executor.
You won't simply be given a marketing plan to implement.
We expect you to help create the plan, challenge assumptions, test ideas, execute campaigns, analyse the results and improve them.
If your experience is mainly posting content, managing Instagram pages or creating generic marketing plans, this is probably not the right role for you.
If you love finding ways to generate customers profitably and can prove you've done it before, we'd like to hear from you.
What we offer
Salary up to AED 10,000/month, depending on experience.
Full-time position.
Dubai-based, working directly with the founder.
