About the Position
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and responsible Social Media Assistant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You should be comfortable creating short videos, managing social media accounts, and helping increase the company's online presence.

Job Responsibilities
📱 Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts.
- Regularly create and publish content across our social media platforms.
- Plan weekly content and develop new content ideas.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and basic social media performance.
- Keep social media accounts active, attractive, and up to date.
- Help increase followers, engagement, views, and overall online visibility.
🎥 Content & Video Creation
- Create short videos and promotional content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Record product videos, promotional videos, and company-related content.
- Take product photos and videos when required.
- Work with team members to plan and shoot social media videos.
- Edit short videos using mobile or computer editing applications.
- Create at least 1-5 quality video per week, with additional content when required.
- Follow current TikTok and social media trends.
- Suggest new and creative video ideas.
📢 Digital Advertising
- Assist with online advertising campaigns.
- Help promote videos and posts through TikTok Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Assist with Google Ads for the company website.
- Monitor basic advertising results such as views, clicks, reach, engagement, and leads.
- Help identify which content and advertisements perform best.
- Find ways to increase the number of people seeing our products and brand online.
🌐 Website & Online Content
- Assist with maintaining and updating the company website.
- Upload product photos, videos, banners, and -promotional content when required.
- Help ensure online content is accurate, attractive, and up to date.
🏢 Office Support
- Support daily office work when required.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks.
- Coordinate with team members for content creation and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Comfortable recording videos and, when required, appearing in social media content.
- Creative and able to generate new content ideas.
- Basic video editing skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
