Digital Marketing Manager

Rashed Lootah & Partner Consultancies (RLPC) is a boutique retail advisory firm working across mixed use, retail led, and commercial real estate developments globally. Alongside RLPC, we are also building Hydro Pressure Cleaning Services, a fast growing, operations driven brand in Dubai.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital presence, lead generation, and brand positioning across both businesses.
Role Overview
This is a hands on, execution driven role within a lean team of three. You will be responsible for managing and growing the digital ecosystem across:
While the core focus is digital marketing, the role also requires the ability to support across proposals and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities without losing quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Digital Growth
• Drive SEO strategy and execution across both websites
• Improve rankings, traffic, and inbound lead generation
• Continuously optimise website structure and content
• Track and report performance through analytics
2. Website Management
• Manage and update both websites end to end
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and strong positioning
• Improve user experience and conversion performance
3. B2B Lead Generation (RLPC)
• Execute LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator campaigns
• Build and manage a targeted lead pipeline
• Track engagement, responses, and conversion quality
4. Social Media & Brand Presence
• Manage social media for both RLPC and Hydro
• Develop content aligned with each brand’s positioning
• Build visibility and engagement across platforms
5. Campaigns & Marketing Execution
• Plan and execute email campaigns and outreach initiatives
• Support new business generation through digital channels
6. Content & Collateral
• Support proposals, presentations, and brand storytelling
• Develop SEO friendly and client facing content
7. Administrative & Operational Support
• Prepare proposals and presentations in a clean, graphic format (content will be provided)
• Support basic administrative and coordination tasks
• Maintain structured documentation and communication
8. Ownership & Delivery
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Deliver high quality output within timelines
• Work closely with leadership on execution and priorities
Candidate Profile
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in UAE or GCC
Location:
• Must be based in Dubai
Availability:
• Immediate joiners only
Skill Set:
• Strong hands on experience in SEO and website management
• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for proposal formatting
• Ability to handle both marketing and basic admin responsibilities
Mindset:
• Highly hands on and execution focused
• Comfortable working in a small team environment (3 members)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing quality
• Strong ownership and accountability
