We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented R&D Technician to support product development, testing, and performance evaluation activities. The role involves physical testing, experimental setup, data collection, and analysis to support continuous improvement of our products and processes. Good analytical skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct product testing, validation trials, and experimental runs
· Perform physical work related to testing, including setup, monitoring, and dismantling of test configurations
· Collect, record, and organize test data accurately and consistently
· Analyze data and prepare clear technical reports with conclusions
· Assist in troubleshooting product and process-related issues
· Support development and improvement of testing methods and procedures
· Coordinate with production and engineering teams when required
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or any related technical field
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates must be willing to perform hands-on testing and physical work.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Detail-oriented with good data handling capability
· Knowledge of data analysis tools
· Good communication and reporting skills (English, Filipino, Hindi, other)
· Ability to work independently and within a team
