Proven experience in quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Valid certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC 22000, or other relevant food safety and quality management systems
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and quality assurance activities
Ability to prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of products and processes
Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 requirements
Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Maintain quality records and support internal and external audits
Train staff on quality and food safety procedures as required
