Position: QC Controller
Department: Quality Assurance / Food Safety
Experience: 1–2 Years
Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming meat, ingredients, and packaging materials.
Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct finished product checks for quality, weight, labeling, and packaging.
Monitor CCPs, OPRPs, GMP, and hygiene practices.
Record temperatures, inspection results, and quality data.
Report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions (CAPA).
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
1–2 years of QC experience in the meat or food industry.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety standards.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Good communication and attention to detail.
