Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily cleaning operations and staff scheduling
Supervise team performance and site activities
Handle client requirements and service quality
Prepare reports and coordinate with management
Ensure timely attendance and smooth operations
Resolve operational issues professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in cleaning services operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of Dubai locations and manpower planning
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Computer knowledge is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Salary will be discussed during interview
Visa + Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law
