We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our printing and packaging workshop and ensure smooth, high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage daily workshop operations
* Lead and coordinate production staff
* Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to meet deadlines
* Ensure product quality from start to final delivery
* Oversee packaging and box-making processes
* Maintain workflow efficiency and workplace organization
* Identify and resolve production issues

* Previous experience in product manufacturing or production
* Basic knowledge of printing processes
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent planning and organizational abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

* Experience in UAE production environments
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
