We are seeking an organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead the warehouse team, ensure stock moves accurately and efficiently through the facility, and keep the operation safe, organised, and on schedule.
The core of the role is operational supervision. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes throughout the shift, ensuring targets for order accuracy and turnaround time are met. The supervisor monitors workflow continuously, reallocating labour where bottlenecks appear and stepping in personally during peak periods rather than only observing from the office.
