We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Manufacturing Helper to support production line activities and general tasks across the factory floor. Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Line Leader, the successful candidate will provide the manual support that keeps the production line moving, assisting skilled operators and handling the physical tasks essential to daily output.
The core of the role is general production support. The Manufacturing Helper assists machine operators by fetching materials, components, and tools, feeding or removing items from the production line as directed, and helping with basic assembly, sorting, or packing tasks. Work is carried out at the pace required by the line, following instructions precisely so that output is consistent and does not create bottlenecks for the rest of the team.
