We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to handle loading, unloading and movement of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for safe and efficient material handling while maintaining accurate stock movement records.
Responsibilities
• Operate forklift to load, unload, stack and move pallets and materials safely
• Load and unload containers and delivery trucks
• Move goods between storage areas, racking and dispatch zones
• Verify quantities and condition of goods against delivery notes and picking lists
• Stack and store goods according to warehouse layout and safety standards
• Carry out daily pre-operation checks on the forklift and report faults immediately
• Keep the forklift clean, charged/fuelled and in safe working condition
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free working area
• Support general warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock counts
• Follow all HSE procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Requirements
• Valid UAE forklift operator licence / certificate (mandatory)
• 2+ years forklift experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience with [counterbalance / reach truck / electric / diesel] forklifts
• Ability to read picking lists, labels and delivery documents in English
• Basic spoken English
• Physically fit; able to lift and work long shifts in warehouse conditions
• Awareness of warehouse safety and material handling standards
• Experience with WMS or barcode scanners an advantage
• UAE driving licence an advantage
• Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa welcome to apply
