WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER
📍 Location: DAFZA, Dubai, UAE
🏢 Industry: Logistics
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Operations Manager to join our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Handle the complete import and export clearance process, including MOFA attestations, Dubai Trade, Calogi, Dubai Customs, and other related government portals.
* Ensure full compliance with UAE Customs, Free Zone, and international trade regulations.
* Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
* Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues efficiently.
* Negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.
* Develop and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency.
* Ensure timely execution of all import/export documentation and customs clearance activities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
* Hands-on experience with DAFZA or JAFZA operations is mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of UAE Customs regulations, Free Zone procedures, and import/export documentation.
* Practical experience using Dubai Trade, Calogi, MOFA, and other relevant government systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
