Logistics Operations Executive

Job Summary
Pan Gulf International DWC LLC is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Operations Executive to manage day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics operations. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, liaise with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents, and ensure timely and cost-effective cargo movement.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate international air, sea, and land freight shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Prepare shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
• Arrange customs clearance and delivery activities.
• Handle project cargo, cross-border shipments, and special logistics requirements.
• Monitor vessel schedules, container movements, and transportation activities.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate operational records and shipment files.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations when required.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and transportation operations.
• Experience handling UAE import and export shipments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Experience
• Freight forwarding operations.
• Project cargo and oil & gas logistics.
• GCC and Iraq logistics operations.
• Dubai Trade, DP World, customs, and port-related procedures.
