Job Title: Logistics Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the movement of goods, shipments, and inventory across local and international supply chains. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient logistics operations, timely deliveries, cost optimization, and compliance with UAE customs and international trade regulations.
SALARY IN RANGE OF UPTO AED 2,000.
PREFERRED OWN EMPLOYMENT VISA.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery
Arrange transportation of goods via air, sea, and land freight
Manage import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs authorities, and warehouse teams
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and international shipping regulations
Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines
Handle inventory control and warehouse coordination when required
Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations (preferably in the UAE/GCC)
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance in Dubai
Experience with freight forwarding and shipping documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems/ERP software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Dubai Customs systems (Mirsal 2 is a plus)
Familiarity with Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.)
Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage)
