We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin Officer to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, coordinating logistics operations, maintaining records, supporting daily business activities, supply coordination, inventory handling, and portal/documentation management. Candidates with experience in medical or the healthcare industry will have an added advantage
Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and transportation schedules
• Maintain inventory and stock records
• Prepare reports, invoices, and documentation
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff
• Monitor office supplies and procurement need
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
• Handle filing, emails, and data entry
Requirements
• Previous experience in administration or logistics preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of inventory or logistics processes is an advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
