What you will do
Find and win new shipper customers in the UAE for sea, air and road/rail freight, and coordinate customs clearance through our licensed partners
Build a pipeline from scratch: prospecting, cold calls, site visits, quotations, negotiation and closing
Develop the trading line: identify products, source from suppliers (including Central Asia and the CIS), build the landed-cost and margin case, and sell to UAE buyers
Work with pricing, operations and HQ to deliver each shipment and trade deal end to end
Keep every lead, quote and deal in the CRM and report weekly on pipeline and gross profit
Represent the company at trade events, business councils and customer meetings
What you need
2–3+ years of B2B sales or business development in freight forwarding, logistics or international trading
Track record of winning new customers and owning a sales or gross-profit target
Working knowledge of import/export documentation and Incoterms
Fluent business English (spoken and written)
Valid UAE driving licence (field sales role using a company car)
Preferred
Russian, Kazakh and/or Korean
Experience with UAE–Central Asia, CIS or Korea trade lanes
Existing network among UAE importers, exporters, traders or distributors
Experience in product sourcing, import and sale (trading P&L)
Knowledge of UAE free zone vs mainland trade, customs and VAT
