Location: JVC, Dubai
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time
Salary: AED 2,500–3,000/month during the 3-month trial period

Jungle Haus is a Dubai-based plant styling and interiors business looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations & Sourcing Coordinator to help manage our day-to-day operations.
This is a junior role suited to someone with some admin/operations experience who is reliable, organised, willing to learn and good at following through.
What you’ll do
● Coordinate daily tasks, orders, deliveries and our production team
● Communicate with customers, drivers and suppliers via WhatsApp
● Visit nurseries and suppliers to source plants, check availability/prices and send photos for approval
● Coordinate maintenance visits and deliveries
● Take photos of finished products and help upload/manage products online
● Track orders, inventory and outstanding tasks
● Provide a simple end-of-day update on completed and pending work
Requirements
● Valid UAE driving licence – mandatory
● Own car – mandatory for commuting to JVC
● Own UAE residency visa with approximately 12+ months remaining – mandatory
● Fluent/confident English; Hindi or Urdu preferred
● Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Workspace and Excel
● Shopify and Canva experience is useful, or willingness to learn
● Previous admin, operations or coordination experience preferred
● Organised, responsible and able to work independently
