We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor with strong operational thinking and hands-on experience in event setup, furniture handling and warehouse operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring that our valuable rental furniture, tableware and event equipment are prepared, handled, transported, installed, collected and returned safely and efficiently.
This is not a standard driver position. Driving is part of the role, but the most important skills are careful handling, practical problem-solving, planning and taking ownership of the entire process.

Go Rent is an event rental company providing furniture, tableware, textiles and event equipment.
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor with strong operational thinking and hands-on experience in event setup, furniture handling and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, load and unload rental furniture, tableware and equipment.
- Handle valuable and delicate items carefully and prevent damage.
- Participate in event setup, dismantling, delivery and collection.
- Assemble and dismantle furniture using basic power tools.
- Work alongside our drivers and, once our company vehicle is available, drive it when required.
- Supervise and train other team members in handling and setup.
- Understand venue access, parking, loading areas, elevators and permit requirements.
- Plan each job to minimize waiting time, damage, delays and unnecessary costs.
- Check returned items and ensure everything is correctly returned to the warehouse.
- Document damage, missing items, waiting time and any other deviations.
Who we are looking for
A mature, reliable and practical person who thinks ahead and takes ownership of the result.
You should:
- have experience in logistics, events, furniture handling, warehouse operations or a similar hands-on field;
- be confident using power tools;
- have valid UAE driving licence and confident Dubai driving experience;
- be comfortable driving a larger company vehicle when required;
- be physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work;
- have good English;
- be able to work independently and supervise others.

We expect a friendly, professional and solution-oriented attitude.
We can be flexible with clients when reasonable, but any additional work, waiting time, extra distance or deviation from the agreed service must be recognized, documented and reported.
Good logistics means preventing problems before they happen.
We are looking for someone who thinks through the whole process and asks:
How can we do this safely, efficiently and with the least possible risk and cost for both the client and the company?
Working schedule
The role may include evening and night deliveries/collections. When there are no deliveries, the employee works at our Ras Al Khor warehouse preparing orders and processing returned items.
