Logistics Coordinator (Back Office Support)
Location: Dubai
Full-Time | Immediate Start
Are you an experienced professional in international trade and logistics, ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic back-office team. In this role, you will ensure efficient operations by managing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, and coordinating the distribution of goods globally.
Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Invoices.
Monitor and track the status of containers, trucks, and deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Coordinate the dispatch and distribution of goods, ensuring on-time delivery to customers worldwide.
Communicate with transport companies, warehouses, and internal teams to maintain seamless logistics operations.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company standards.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues proactively.
Your Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field is required.
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in international trade, logistics, or distribution.
Prior experience working in Dubai and familiarity with the regional logistics landscape is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, or logistics management tools).
Solid knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and documentation.
Effective communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
