Small Dubai Cleaning Company – Immediate Requirement
We are a newly established cleaning services company in Dubai and are looking for an experienced, Dubai-based freelance Zoho consultant to assist us with the implementation, integration, customisation and post-implementation support of our Zoho system.
We are looking for an individual freelancer, someone who has personally implemented Zoho solutions for small service businesses, rather than someone who will simply resell Zoho Licnses.
Zoho Modules Required
We intend to use the following Zoho products:
• Zoho Books – Professional Plan
• Zoho CRM – Professional Plan
• Zoho Creator – Standard Plan
• Zoho SalesIQ – Basic Plan
• Zoho Cliq – Standard Plan
• Zoho Desk – Standard Plan
• Zoho Analytics – Basic Plan
What We Need
The consultant will be expected to:
• Advise us on the best way to configure the above Zoho applications for our business.
• Implement and configure the selected Zoho modules.
• Integrate the different applications so that information flows smoothly between them.
• Set up customer management, enquiries, quotations, bookings, scheduling, invoicing, collections and reporting workflows.
• Configure Zoho Creator for any specific processes that cannot be handled efficiently through the standard Zoho applications.
• Assist with WhatsApp and website integration, where appropriate.
• Configure customer communication and support through SalesIQ and Zoho Desk.
• Set up management dashboards and reporting through Zoho Analytics.
• Train the owner/key staff on the system.
• Provide post-implementation support and consultation on an ongoing basis.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should:
• Be currently living in Dubai/UAE and available for face-to-face meetings when required.
• Have proven hands-on experience implementing Zoho solutions, particularly Zoho Books, CRM, Creator and Desk.
• Have experience with service businesses, cleaning companies, FM companies, home services, field services or similar businesses.
• Understand business processes and workflows, rather than only the technical configuration of Zoho.
• Be able to recommend practical and cost-effective solutions suitable for a small startup.
• Have experience integrating Zoho applications and third-party platforms such as WhatsApp and websites.
• Be available for ongoing consultation/support after implementation.
