Job Title: Technical Engineer (AI, Systems, API & IT Support)
Location: Dubai
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly versatile Technical Engineer with expertise in API integration, software integration, AI tools/automation, website development, and IT system support. The role includes managing end-to-end technical operations such as system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve business efficiency. The ideal candidate should be strong in problem-solving, automation, and multi-system integration.
Key Responsibilities
API & Software Integration
• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between internal systems and third-party applications. • Manage software integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
•Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system-related issues.
AI Implementation & Automation
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve business operations and productivity.
• Implement AI-powered automation for workflows such as reporting, customer support, and data processing.
• Work with AI APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, OCR, automation tools) for business use cases.
• Support development of AI-based assistants, chatbots, or internal tools.
• Optimize processes using AI-driven insights and analytics.
Website Development & Support
• Develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications.
• Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Implement enhancements based on business and user requirements.
IT Support & System Administration
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Microsoft 365 & Business Tools
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and user accounts.
• Handle email setup, permissions, and troubleshooting issues. Hardware & System Setup
• Handle laptop and workstation setup, configuration, and deployment for new employees.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure systems are updated and secure.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance.
• Ensure backups, security updates, and system reliability.
• Minimize downtime by proactive issue resolution.
Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with operations, finance, and admin teams for technical requirements
. • Provide training and support to employees on systems and tools.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, API integration, or software development.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, software systems, and web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or AI APIs is highly preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Basic website development skills (HTML, CSS, CMS, or frameworks).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation mindset. Preferred Skills
• Experience with AI tools.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM integrations.
• Cloud platform experience.
• Understanding of networking and IT security fundamentals.
