**Technical Product Manager (FinTech – CFD Trading Platforms)**
Dubai, UAE | 🕒 Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Technical Product Manager** who blends strong product thinking with hands-on technical expertise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product ownership, technical execution, and platform integrations.
You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of key platform initiatives — from third-party integrations and payment infrastructure to web features and automation systems — ensuring the platform is scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Platform & Integrations**
* Own the full lifecycle of integrations on the CFD trading platform — from scoping and technical design to deployment and monitoring.
* Lead **MetaTrader 5 (MT5)** integration initiatives, including API connectivity, configuration, and maintenance.
* Manage integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), including deposit/withdrawal flows, reconciliation, and fallback mechanisms.
* Oversee development and maintenance of trading bots, automation scripts, and backend workflows.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors, liquidity providers, and technology partners.
**Product Development**
* Define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications across web and trading platforms.
* Drive development of web properties such as landing pages, client portals, IB dashboards, and onboarding flows.
* Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
* Manage sprint planning and track delivery milestones.
* Conduct UAT, validate financial workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
**Data & Analytics**
* Build and monitor dashboards for key KPIs (trading volume, deposits/withdrawals, conversion rates, IB performance, churn).
* Analyze data to identify product gaps, user friction, and growth opportunities.
* Work with CRM, ERP, and PSP data using SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI).
* Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to leadership.

**Must-Have Requirements**
* 4–5 years of experience in a **technical product, platform, or integrations-focused role**, preferably in FinTech, online trading, or financial services.
* Hands-on experience with **MetaTrader 5 (MT5)** platforms (integration, administration, or API usage).
* Strong understanding of **CFD trading, Forex markets, and brokerage operations**.
* Experience with PSP integrations — payment gateways, transaction flows, and reconciliation processes.
* Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel/Sheets, and at least one BI tool).
* Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for integrations and automation.
* Strong communication skills — able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
