We are hiring for an IT Support Officer with experience supporting restaurant operations and office systems. The successful candidate will help maintain the company’s technology and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to restaurant and office staff.
* Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, cashier devices, and printers.
* Support computers, internet, networks, and email systems.
* Assist with inventory, ordering, and delivery platform systems when required.
* Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with service providers when needed.
* Ensure that IT equipment across the office and restaurant locations is working properly.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in IT support.
* Knowledge of restaurant systems, especially POS, is a strong advantage.
* Experience with computers, printers, networks, and internet troubleshooting.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Able to support multiple locations and work well with a team.
* Reliable, organized, and responsive.
