Manager – IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems
About the Role
Leading Edge Mobility is looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to own the complete IT ecosystem for our Dubai-based refurbishment factory and regional operations. This is a broad, high-ownership role covering enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, IT security operations, physical security systems, and the full employee device lifecycle — from the laptop a new hire receives on day one, to secure recovery when they leave.
You'll also be the architect of our company-wide IT policies and data governance framework, and you'll be expected to bring a modern, AI-first mindset to how IT operations run.
What You'll Own
Enterprise Infrastructure & Networking – LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPNs, structured cabling, disaster recovery, and Huawei (or Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Palo Alto) enterprise networking.
Cloud & Microsoft 365 – AWS infrastructure support, M365/Azure AD administration, Teams/SharePoint governance, and Copilot rollout.
IT Security Operations – Firewalls, endpoint protection, MFA, patch management, and coordination with external security vendors (deep cybersecurity specialization not required).
IT Policy & Data Governance – Draft and maintain the company's Acceptable Use, Data Classification, Information Security, and BYOD policies across our UAE, Singapore, India, Philippines, Pakistan, Kenya, and Hong Kong operations.
Employee Device Lifecycle – End-to-end ownership of every laptop, phone, and tablet issued across the business — provisioning, MDM enrollment, repairs, and secure offboarding recovery.
Factory IT & OT – Barcode scanners, IMEI readers, MES-connected devices, and factory-floor networking, with a strong plus for IoT/RFID experience.
Physical Security – Hikvision/HikCentral CCTV, biometric access control, and video analytics across all sites.
IT Service Management – Own the helpdesk/ticketing platform, SLAs, and AI-powered first-line support tools.
Procurement & Vendor Management – Hardware standardization, refresh cycles, and vendor contract negotiation.
What We're Looking For
8–12 years in enterprise IT infrastructure, with 3–4+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or industrial/operational environments.
Proven track record managing a multi-site employee device estate and a structured IT asset register.
Hands-on experience drafting and governing corporate
IT policies in a multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Hikvision/HikCentral (or equivalent CCTV/access control platforms).
Comfort using AI tools (Copilot, Freshservice Freddy AI, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) to drive efficiency in daily IT operations.
IoT or RFID exposure in a manufacturing/warehousing context is a strong plus.
International or GCC experience is an advantage.
Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP or HCIA/HCIP, Microsoft MS-102 or AZ-104, AWS Solutions
Architect/SysOps, ITIL Foundation, Hikvision HCSA/HCSP. (If you don't hold MS-102 yet, we'll support you in getting it within Year 1.)
What You'll Bring
A strong ownership mindset, sharp attention to detail in asset management, solid policy-writing ability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment. You're curious about emerging tech (AI, IoT, RFID) and know how to turn technical requirements into clear, enforceable frameworks that HR, Legal, and Operations can actually work with.
