A leading IT training institute in Dubai is looking for an experienced and passionate CCNA Trainer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
i. Deliver instructor-led CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) training to students in both classroom and online environments.
ii. Conduct practical lab sessions using Cisco routers, switches, and networking technologies.
iii. Prepare students for the Cisco CCNA certification exam through hands-on training and real-world scenarios.
iv. Develop and update training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.
v. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the learning journey.
vi. Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including:
1. Routing & Switching
2. VLANs
3. IPv4/IPv6
4. OSPF
5. ACLs
6. NAT
7. DHCP
8. Wireless Networking
9. Network Security Fundamentals
10. Previous experience delivering technical training is Mandatory
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
12. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.
13. Ability to conduct both online and in-person training sessions.
Selection Process
* Shortlisted candidates must be willing to share a recorded training presentation demonstrating their teaching style and technical expertise.
* Candidates shortlisted after CV screening will be required to deliver a live demo session on a selected CCNA topic. The demo may be conducted either online or in a classroom environment as part of the evaluation process.
