IT Support Staff
A reputable company is seeking an IT Support Staff member to assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and IT equipment. Freshers may apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot system problems and resolve user inquiries.
Perform routine maintenance and software updates.
Maintain IT records and support daily operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience is an advantage but not required.
