Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing the company's online sales channels, maintaining product listings, coordinating promotions, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on driving online revenue growth while maintaining accurate product information and inventory management.
• SALARY: UP TO 2,000/MONTH, with OWN or family visa. Work permit to be processed by the company.
• Can work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms including Amazon UAE, Noon, Carrefour UAE Marketplace, and the company website.
• Ensure product information, pricing, specifications, images, and stock levels are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor daily sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team.
• Process and track online orders, returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Manage inventory synchronization between ERP systems and online sales channels.
• Optimize product listings using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and sales performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, inventory, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends within the UAE e-commerce sector.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon UAE Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Carrefour Marketplace, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong knowledge of online merchandising and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
