Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable **IT Support ** to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support employees with day-to-day IT requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, email, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain company networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connections.
- Set up user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Maintain IT inventory, equipment records, and technical documentation.
- Assist with CCTV, access control, printers, and other office technology when required.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for technical issues requiring additional support.
- Ensure company systems and data are protected by following IT security procedures.

## Requirements

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, email configuration, and user account management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical requests.
- UAE experience is an advantage.

Salary: 2500/AED
