الوصف:

We at Al Tayer Group are looking for Group Talent Manager to develop the Group‘s Talent and Performance Management Framework, tools, and processes needed to support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives ensuring an integrated approach for Talent Management across the Group. To drive and monitor the Group's Performance Management towards the aim of continually developing the Groups employees to achieve business performance targets.

Strategic Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of the strategy for the Talent Management function, in conjunction with the Head of Talent, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategy of the organization
Lead the group-wide Talent Management process outlining the guidelines for areas such as talent identification, leadership development and succession planning
Contribute to the development of the Talent Acquisition Strategy along with the Head of Talent
Custodian of the performance management framework in the organisation ensuring its relevance, consistent understanding and application across all performance related processes
Participate, as and when required, in the development of the policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall HR policies and procedures, and the Groups strategy and direction
Review and report to the Head of Talent, the effectiveness of such policies and procedures, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Provide input on the Functions budget requirements ensuring it stays within the Function's operating budget
Functional Responsibilities
Contribute in establishing the guidelines for the overall management of Group talent in line with strategic objectives and ensuring that the guidelines effectively support other HR functions in attracting, developing, and retaining organizational talent
Provide the context and tools for identifying the right talent in the organisation, establish processes for effective talent profiling to intended future roles and provide avenues for nurturing and deploying talent aimed towards nurturing future leaders
Support Employer branding efforts and ensure the sanctity of the Talent Acquisition Strategy promoting the Al Tayer Group employer brand through appropriate channels and talent acquisition methodologies
Manage the Talent and Performance Management system across ATG Corporate and the BUs
Drive the performance management framework enabling clarity across the Group on the Performance culture philosophy, approach, process and enable the performance review cycles in line with Group direction
Ensure relevant tools and support is provided to foster consistent understanding and appreciation of the performance management framework and enable calibration to ensure consistency across the Group
Develop an effective Succession Planning Framework that ensures an ongoing talent pipeline for key leadership roles
Facilitate regular talent reviews to identify the current talent requirements of the Group based on any recent organizational changes and assess the capability and readiness of talent
Consolidate the leadership talent inventory to present the talent pipeline for review and validation
Develop talent deployment programs that allow employees to gain new experience and expertise across not only functions but business units as well
Anticipate the key business changes and incorporate these factors in talent management practices to achieve the desired end state as a business
People Development
Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives
Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress, and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices
Communicate any organizational changes and mitigate risks through effective change management

Person Requirements

Education
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
Should preferably have a recognized Psychometric Assessor Level A and B certificate
Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience, with at least 3 years experience leading a Talent Management Team
Proficient in English language, Arabic would be an advantage
Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
Should be able to lead, develop and motivate teams
