We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resources department in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Process leave requests, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Coordinate visa, labor card, and other employee documentation when required.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
