We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Sales Assistant to support our office operations and assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, quotations, and reports.
• Maintain and update customer databases, records, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and task completion.
• Perform general office administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.
• Assist in tracking sales activities and preparing basic reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure all communications are handled with professionalism and clarity.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email handling, and general computer applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
